4 Reasons Your Skin Doesn’t Look As Healthy As It Could Be & How To Fix It

  1. You’re not eating well


What you eat doesn’t just impact your weight, it also has an effect on your skin. If your skin isn’t looking as healthy as normal – maybe it’s blotchy or starting to break out, it could be down to what you’re eating. If you’re eating lots of greasy or unhealthy foods, this can cause your skin to look dull, because it’s not getting the nutrients that it needs.
